Recently I purchased a few antique autograph books for resale.  They will be at Craftsbury this weekend.  One of them was completely fallen apart so I will try to preserve what I can by framing some of the wonderful written quotes people wrote to their friends in the late 1800s and the beginning of the 1900s.  Things like…

“When you are old and cannot see
