The recipe….
Candied Orange Peel
4 navel oranges
Sugar
1 c water
¼ c light corn syrup

Remove peel cover in cold water. Bring to boil for 2 minutes then drain. Repeat 3 times discarding water each time
Scrap excess pulp from peel.
Cut into small strips.
Heat 2 c sugar, water, and corn syrup in until sugar dissolves. Add peel. Simmer until translucent. Cool for 1 hour.
Drain and roll in sugar and put on drying rack for 8 hours. Store in covered container. Enjoy! (at Vintage Inspired Lifestyle Marketplace)
